Rescheduling your Appointment

Start with the appointment confirmation email you received at the time you scheduled...  at the bottom of that email is an orange button, that looks like this :

 

 View booking

 
  • Click that button in your email and it will take you to your scheduled time and day
  • Change it to whatever new day and time suits you best
  • You will receive another Confirmation email... save it  - you need to make changes again!! 


 

 

Booking Problems?

  • If you are at work, your company may be blocking the link from the scheduling company (Bookeo.com).  Wait until you're home, and try again!
